Dear CLV Community,
CLV team has released a major cross-chain bridge and mobile wallet upgrade at 5:30 AM July 25th, 2022, UTC time. For the same, the CLV cross-chain bridge and wallets were inaccessible to the users for up to 2 hours or until the successful implementation of the upgrade.
Why the need to upgrade?
CLV aims to enhance the overall experience for participants, the latest upgrade will significantly improve the cross-chain performance and accessibility. The upgraded CLV Cross-Chain Bridge will support bi-directional asset cross-chaining between Ethereum, BNB Chain (Previously Binance Smart Chain), CLV M-Chain and CLV P-Chain. The upgrade will enable claim-free cross-chain asset transfer to CLV M-chain or CLV P-Chain. Also, all the processes will be streamlined and automated.
Next Step
After the upgrade is completed, mobile wallet users will be prompted to upgrade their respective wallets in the following way -
iOS Devices: iOS users can update their CLV wallets on the Apple Appstore.
Android Devices: A new wallet app will be installed for Android users, and all wallet information will be automatically migrated.
