CLV Quarterly Wrap-Up — A Look Into Q3 2022

The market was mostly stagnant in Q3 2022. However, CLV did not stop its march. Quarter 3 of 2022 has just ended and we’ve officially entered in the final quarter of 2033. Can’t believe how fast time flies, It feels like yesterday we were summarising our progress for the Q2 2022 report. Q3 was a extremely busy month in terms of partnership, expansion, developments and more. It has been a quarter of intensive work on the ground to expand more use-cases for CLV Wallet and making it a must-have web3 wallet to connect with applications/protocols across verticles including but DeFi, Gaming, and Web3.

The last quarter has been eventful behind the scenes, and we would like to inform you of what has transpired and what will occur in the coming months. Let’s start by exploring our product updates.

Dev Updates

Although the market was stagnant, our tech team was hyperactive and hyperfoucsed to reach new milestones. Our tech team was focused on not just bringing new features to the platform but also to keep the ecosystem upgraded and enhanced with alot of technical additions being made to the protocol. Take a closer look at each product and examine what we delivered on the technical side during Q3, 2022.

CLV Chain

To enhance the overall experience for participants, CLV Wallet and cross-chain bridge was upgraded. The upgraded CLV Cross-Chain Bridge will support bi-directional asset cross-chaining between Ethereum, BNB Chain (Previously Binance Smart Chain), CLV M-Chain and CLV P-Chain. Enabled Claim-free cross-chain transfer to CLV M-chain or CLV P-Chain, all processes are now streamlined and automated.
Improved Cross-Chain monitoring process to ensure all cross-chain transactions are completed within 3 minutes.
Development of native mapping of XCM Token will enable all Polkadot XCM-capable assets on CLV P-Chain as ERC20 assets
CLV is now published on Moonbase parachain Testnet
Opening HRMP Channels to Moonbase

CLV had been busy as always, making waves within the cryptoverse and striking strategic partnerships with several key players within the industry. These partnerships helps CLV to build a wider, more holistic foundation for the protocol applications to increase the number of Web3 avenues and possibilities.

PolyNetwork: CLV Partnered with Polynetwork, a global crosschain protocol for implementing blockchain interoperability & building Web3 infrastructure, to integrate the CLVchain with Poly Network and enable users to transfer assets to CLV chain seamlessly via PolyBridge.

Metabit News: CLV joined hands with Metabit, an ecological chain with large-scale commercial high-performance blockchain platform.

Wanchain: CLV collaborates with Wanchain to attain their common vision of bringing Cross-chain interoperability to the Web3 space. New bridges have been deployed by Wanchain and CLV to connect the CLV Parachain to Ethereum, Moonriver, and Wanchain.

Huckleberry: Huckleberry integrated CLV and became the first community DEX and lendin’ platform launched on CLV.

Beosin: CLV announces a strategic partnership with Beosin, a formal verification platform for blockchains and smart contracts. It is a step forward in enhancing the smart contract security of the CLV Ecosystem.

Kill switch finance: KillSwitch Finance, a smart cross-chain yield aggregator, has integrated its DeFi product suite into CLV, a one-stop infrastructure platform for cross-chain and decentralized applications.

Space ID: CLV partnered with SpaceID Protocol, a universal identifier protocol to enable integration of SpaceID Protocol into CLV Multichain wallet and allow users skip the hassle of Copy-pasting the long addresses and Send and receive their favourite assets directly to .bnb names.

ZKCROSS: CLV enters a strategic partnership with ZKCross to enrich the ZKCross multichain options and expand ZKCross user bases, and provide users with a more diverse ominichain experience.

Parallel Finance: CLV launches XCM integration with Parallel Finance to enable internal communication and transfer of CLV and PARA assets without the need for bridges. This exciting update would bring $PARA to CLV’s ecosystem of decentralized applications(dApps) and make $CLV available to Parallel’s unique ecosystem of community-focused decentralized applications.

Wallet Integrations

CLV wallet has constantly been the forefront of the efforts to take CLV to the masses. The Integration of CLV Wallet with new partners is well underway with new partners joining the CLV ecosystem every then and now.

Over the last quarter, CLV have been aggressively putting our efforts in making buzz within the Web3 space, a sustainable buzz to continue delivering attracting and onboarding new users and partners on CLV Ecosystem and encourage them to adapt CLV ecosystem product and services. CLV has also scaled its marketing efforts with a range of campaigns and joint marketing initiatives concurrently in progress with several partners to influx users and pave way for adoption by the community.

The Route Ahead, A Glance into Q4: Roadmap

After such an eventful Q3, Q4 is expected to be no less eventful and for sure even more exciting!

CLV’s team has been hard at work, and we are looking forward to what lies ahead. CLV intends to finish Q4 of 2022 with a strong performance and prepare for an even more successful 2023.

The Q4 roadmap represents a strong focus on amplifying the key pillars (Products) of CLV ecosystem and the team’s efforts to bring Web3 and blockchain technology to a wider audience.

CLV is redesigning its website in an effort to better reflect what the company is about and what it offers. To increase the accessibility and adoption in the crypto community and beyond, it is essential to improve and enhance the website and keep it up to date with all the latest ecosystem developments.

This new website will help people learn more about CLV and educate themselves about CLV’s products, and it is anticipated that more and more people will join the network and community to support the mission of making Web3 accessible.

CLV team is constantly working hard to bring something new to the table and this quarter is even more exciting with amazing things lined up to enable the community explore and experience more services, which includes:

CLV Metaverse portal: As the name suggests, CLV is building a Metaverse portal for the community, more details will be revealed soon.

CLV Asset Management: CLV will be adding support for Asset management on the platform which includes Staking and Cross-chain.

Boot Camp for Ecosystem Projects

In a bid to support the next wave of innovations in the Web3 space, CLV is heads down supporting and helping emerging ecosystem projects and community projects by providing support in various key areas.

Support for ZK Blockchains

CLV Wallet will support more zk blockchains in the upcoming quarter and beyond.
