- #30: The purpose of this referendum is to transfer 226,800,000 PHA from ETH to Khala chain as mining rewards after Gemini upgrade.
- #31: This referendum will initiate a one-way HRMP channel from Khala to Moonriver (2023).
- #32:This referendum is the content of referendum #30 again.
- #33: #29 referendum was not successfully implemented due to the new referendum, so this referendum is the second referendum #29.
