Phala Crowdloan
Phala Network completed the Gemini upgrade! Mining rewards of Khala and Phala have been merged, and block production is currently stable. This upgrade is not mandatory. After reaching the targeted block, the new economic model will automatically take effect.

Last week, 3 Democracy Referendum on the Khala chain finished voting. The treasury accumulated 960,558 PHA.
Democracy Referendum
- #27: The purpose of this referendum is for the Gemini upgrade, which aims to merge the Phala and Khala prize pools and separate Phala mining rewards from the relay chain.
- #28: Democratic Referendum: This referendum will trigger the upgrade of Khala Runtime to v1130. Runtime upgrades include the Gemini update, which enables economic model and fixes some bugs in the code.
- #29: Democratic referendum: This referendum will launch Khala to Parallel (2085) one-way HRMP channel

- #60: This proposal will register the new pRuntime 0.2.1 in preparation for Khala Gemini update. This is an update to Gatekeepers. Miners can update or keep the current version.
