As we prepare to distribute rewards to our users for various crowdloans we discovered an issue with distributing to Ledger wallets. It is important for Ledger users to make this change as soon as possible to prepare for upcoming reward distributions.
Ledger users will need a non Ledger “allow use on any chain” address to receive their rewards from each crowdloan they contributed to. We also will need you to send a system remark to confirm your address.
Please follow this tutorial to send a system remark:
1.Go to > Polkadot Network > Developer > Extrinsics > System > remark
