Khala democracy governance
Last week, Khala passed and distributed rewards for one bounty proposal (21,435 PHA) and one application of treasury tips from the community (56 PHA). Besides, the #12 referendum has been submitted to the Khala DAO and is currently waiting for voting. Details are below:
a.) Bounty Proposal
This bounty proposal was submitted by SubSquare, a product of OpenSqure, which is a governance platform designed for substrate-based blockchains. SubSquare has implemented itself for Khala since Oct. 2021 and requests treasury support to fund the basic setup and maintenance.

b.) Treasury Tips Application
- Zaqhack AKA : He built a tool to help miners make sure nodes work normally. (56 PHA)
c.) #12 Referendum
This referendum was submitted by a Phala community memberl00k. It aims to adjust the block subsidy budget and raise it up by 35% to deal with the slow block time. It was re-created because the original one carries a bad proposal encoding.

- On Dec. 5th, Phala introduced Phala’s killer product — Fat Contract! As a low-latency, high-performance, and easy-operation next-generation smart contract, it is expected to be launched at the end of Dec. & will be the infrastructure to support the web3.0 world.
